What do you do to 'erase' the ego-driven influences and bring on the 'spiritual' powers that can be used to awaken the close-minded brain and release oneself from the mundane of ordinary physical existence? | Me on "The Labrynth" at the Association for Research & Enlightenment, home of Edgar Cayce and Atlantic University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Quite conducive to reaching a meditative state, especially when one does not have the slightest clue how . . . | It can be the best, worst or in-between experience. Just curious how you 'reach it?' If one is depressed, angry, tormented or just feeling alone, the Universe is known for its 'listening capability'. So embrace it ! |
When I do reach a meditative state, I feel more relaxed, able to handle my direct action in life easier and maybe help others see the 'light'. There are several ways one can cleanse the body and mind of negative influence but it sure helps when there is an avenue right in front of you. I love the sand, sun and surf finding myself already closer to relaxation than before and if not close to these things, I bring those images to me and remember how 'alive' I felt inside this labrynth. I find healing during this state of mind easier to sense. I also feel a great deal of pressure has run off when the cleansing proves to be effective and I am no longer bogged down by the things I cannot control. I take control of what I can and of course, accept what I can't. And you?
