Be inspired each day.
Wake up thinking it could be the last day of your life and enjoy every single minute of it!
Don't stay in grubby clothes if you're a stay-at-home person. Get up and pretend you're having a visitor by mid-morning. You will feel better looking your best and the day will be so much better, I promise!
Take the time to tell at least one person each day that you love them. Don't feel awkward, just take the time. That one person you told could be the last person you speak to or could leave you in an instant.
Do ONE chore a day that you keep putting off. Even if it's just cleaning off a cluttered table or sorting out a closet. You will feel like you truly accomplished something!
Every day list one thing about your life that you LOVE. Whether you love being married, love seeing your kids, or smile at eating a bowl of ice cream that list will later prove to you that you life IS worth something when you're down and out and wondering why you keep going!
Take the time to leave a LEGACY. You don't have to be rich to leave a legacy. Just take the time down to write down information, facts and family knowledge. Share a book of recipes with someone you love and know will use them. List your relatives, I'll bet someone doesn't know who you're related to past your grandparents! Keep your list available for others, perhaps by making it into a matted family tree and pass it on.
Share a talent you have with someone else. Don't keep your talents a secret! Invite a family member, a friend or even volunteer at a hospital or senior center to learn a talent you have. Crafting, scrapbooking, sewing, knitting or anything else you do for entertainment could be shared with someone else who has an interest but was never given the chance to learn!
Every time you complain about something, state something you are LUCKY about. If you have a headache, remember you're lucky to have food in your belly. Tired of being sick, remember you're still alive to enjoy your family. You get the point! Make it a habit. You'd be surprised how trivial your complaints really are when you put them into perspective
MOST OF ALL..... ENJOY LIFE!
YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE AT IT... MAKE IT GOOD!
