Yep! I am there as well. BUt I did go to bed til about 1. I couldn't sleep. But still got up at a quarter to 6.

so many possible reasons - could be you need to visit your doc - it could be physical, mental, or it could be even though you are in bed, you aren't sleeping as well as you think...........hugs ~J

Yes - for several years that was the story of my life. I have a chronic version of mono and stress makes it worse. When I didn't like my job, I was ALWAYS fatigued.

Yup! It'as called AGING *giggle* happens to all of us after we reach our late 20's and then gets worse as we age.

I feel that way right now myself. I took my little one to school and came back home. I am right now trying to force myself to get ready for work. As you can tell that is working really good as I sit here typing!!!
