Eating healthy is expensive, so I comparison shop, shop at 2 or 3 different stores (all in close proximity of each other) and use coupons, coupons and more coupons!!!
I'm about to get real religious...move to the desert and fast...until I just disappear.
We spend about $25 a week I guess, but that's just to keep the rotating stock filled. We also tend to buy a lot of high quality meats in bulk(at Costco) then freeze, so sometimes our grocery bill is $500 for a month, but then the next 4-5 months its only $30 a month. I do a lot of bulk shopping for things that can be frozen or aren't perishable, so while it's more to begin with, it lasts a lot longer and I just run out and get a few items like lettuce and such.
