I am in the process of making dinner for tonight. I am roasting a whole chicken in my electric roaster. Sides will be : french style green beans and chicken flavored rice.
It sounds like you are making a great dinner. I just stepped away from the kitchen, it is way too hot. I was clipping coupons, while the oven was on, and when the oven is on, I have to open the windows....HOT!
Anyway, I am making jerk spiced oven chicken legs for the boys and my husband, baked potatoes and corn on the cob, with a salad on the side. For some reason, I'm not hungry for warm food tonight, so I think I will eat a bowl of cereal:)
I'll be having left over blackened white hots, potato salad and potato chips from last night and some fresh strawberries and whipped cream along with some orange gelatin with mandarin oranges in it for dessert. I eat left overs a lot because I don't throw food away.
Boy! I see alot of members are having good dinners tonight. Well, dinner is now finished. The only left overs was a little bit of chicken. Which I quickly deboned, bagged and put in freezer for a later meal. I am thinking about making Steph A. Creamy Chicken Crecent Rolls
We ate a late lunch, and then had a shake a couple of hours ago, so we haven't had dinner yet. I'm seriously thinking about just doing salads, and maybe fish sticks for my toddler.
We had Arby's for lunch. My husband and I both had the Roast beef and cheddar, and Elliott had a ham and swiss kids meal.
Hmm, Italian sounds yummy!! maybe I will have that tonight..I don't know...I need to go look to see what we have left in our supplies. It is running pretty low.
We ran to Buffalo Wild Wings. It wasn't the best choice but we were in a hurry and his parents wanted to meet us there. Tonight - it's grilled chicken quesadillas at home with low-fat cheese, salsa, etc. Yum!
