Who has joined Zorpia, or heard of it?

I got an email saying a "friend" wants me to join (yeah right) .  I Google Zorpia and go there that way.  It says it's a social network site (already I'm bored) with some Asian stuff going on there but I figure I can join and put up some ads to my books that will be ignored (ha ha) but it's free so who cares.  The second step to signing up is it displays all your email contacts (creepy and pushy) and I'm to invite them to join.  I unclick ALL of them (my friends can find Zorpia on their own) and I'm surprised it continues to the next step with all my email contacts unclicked.  I download a nice "King" picture for my icon.  I get an activation link in my email but I have not activated my Zorpia account yet.  It looks so boring.  Is anybody on Gather there?

 

Does anybody else find Facebook super boring, too?

I hate social networks. I only use Myspace to stay in touch with my friends. But other than that, I couldn't care less. Heck I don't even use it for promotion for my site. I hate them that bad.

It's probably just got set up this morning and lies about how many members it has. It's probably the social network site for the most boring people on the planet.

Gather is marvelous. Even with its "upgrades" it is better than those other social network sites that I've seen.

(Unless I'm missing out on the cool one because I'm sure so out of it - ha ha)

I'm a gather girl, but I do use MySpace and Facebook. I also belong to MyCraftivity but that's strictly for crafters.

I haven't heard of it either. I'm not really into social networking sites... other than gather... and I'm not really into that any more either.

I have never heard of it, perhaps you are the first human member Peter! As for facebook, nope, not going there, have a MySpace and my grandkids talk to me there, but it is not anything for me other than that.

Don't really like social sites. I consider Gather to be more than a social site, it's my everythingggggggg! Thank you... Thank you very much! Aries has not left the building. ;o)

Never heard of it! I avoid facebook. Joined myspace for friends I already know that moved away! LOL Trying to convert them to Gather!
