Ways to Genius
The boy considers how ideas can come--
A project in the works perhaps.
Though genius is elusive, so he thinks,
All one needs is maps.
The never-hungry parrot begs for snacks
A valid way to act for sure.
The spider's web's connections: intricate
with power to secure.
A dandelion faerie hits the earth
wherever wind may chance to blow.
A child's mind waxing older opens up
and wisdom starts to grow.
Most scholars use a plethora of books
With clear and cogent meditation.
But lo! the girl returns with glowing mind
refreshed from her vacation!

I'm thinking that your photo of Bart's Simpson's Dad (?) is representative of a man, physically grown, but possessing the mind of a child; the photo has the size of his brain incredibly small compared to the size of his head. Is the photo indicative of "a project in the works perhaps"? I'm making that assessment from the following lines, too:
