Ingredients
Preparation In a double-boiler over medium heat, whisk yolk and sugar together until very thick and creamy. Take off heat and whisk in Grand Marnier. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Whip heavy cream until thick and whisk about a cup of it into the egg mixture to lighten it. Spoon the rest of the whipped cream onto the egg mixture and gently fold in until incorporated. Dollop the Grand Marnier cream over individual dishes of strawberries or serve family style in one big bowl. Enjoy.
This recipe came from www.foodchannel.com and has been tried and tested by me(actually twice since my boyfriend ate the entire first batch while I was looking for the camera, which I will post picture after I make it again tomorrow).
