I'm currently working with Lynn Veach Sadler to bring a collection of her speculative short stories to print. While we put the finishing touches on the print galley, I'm working on the cover art concept. I've narrowed it down to three options, and figured I would bounce them off my fellow Gatherites to get some more opinions.
Option 1: A classy, subdued font in a cool blue.
Option 2: Very bold and high contrast.
Option 3: Silk screen look of the font creates interesting visual
Oddly, both Lynn's husband and my fiancee favored option 1. Lynn and I lean toward option 2.
So, where is everyone else on the scale? Preferences? Like them all? Hate them all? Feedback welcomed.
P.S. Yes, the cat has symbolic meaning in relation to the collection.

I like option 2; it has a supernatural vibe to it.
But I think my favourite is option 3; it's subtle, and suggestive.
