With Father's Day approaching, it's time to look back to see how the institution of fatherhood has fared in the last 365. What are your nominees for the most significant moment in fatherhood in the last year? My nominee: unlimited $300 tax rebates per kid! I have three! Fertility finally pays off!(Too bad, the statute of limitations has run on Baldwin and Hasselhoff.)
What are your nominees?
Disclosure: I am writing a column on this topic for the Austin American Statesman and have very leaky ethics about "borrowing" the ideas of others.
