1.Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate?
Hot Chocolate. The idea of eating eggs creeps me out, yet I eat more raw cookie dough that the Pillsbury dough boy.
2.Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?
I wrap the presents, both from me and for me. Last year I asked my boyfriend to wrap mine for me so it would be a surprise, and it looked like the cat had attacked it shortly after wrapping. I think I might make him try again this year though, at least with my presents. I wrapped(and bought) all of his for his family last year.
3.Colored lights on tree/house or white?
Only white. That's what I grew up with, that's what it will stay
4.Do you hang mistletoe?
No, I have no idea where to even get it.
5.When do you put up your decorations?
The day after Thanksgiving. They come down on 12th night (January 6th)
6.What is your favorite holiday dish?
My dad's sweet potatoes, basically sweet potatoes with brown sugar and orange juice topped with the entire bag of marshmallows and baked.
7.Favorite Holiday memory as a child?
Helping my mom bake cookies, and we still do whatever I am at her house closest to Christmas.
8.When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
I have no idea how old I was. We used to go to the midnight service at Church and I would come back and go straight to bed, and my parents would put all the gifts under the tree. One night I managed to stay awake for about 20 minutes longer and saw them putting the gifts out. I did always kinda wonder why Santa and Mom had the same handwriting...
9.Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
No,we always waited until Christmas morning.
10.How do you decorate your Christmas Tree?
White lights, and most of the ornaments I have are either glass blown, crystal, or hand painted(by my mom or my boyfriends mom and aunt). Clearly I have no kids and my cat is too lazy to mess with the tree.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it?
I love snow, but I live in Virginia and we get actual snow about every 10 years, every other time we get inches of ice.
12. Can you ice skate?
I can go forward and backward without falling down, but that's about the limit.
13.Do you remember your favorite gift?
I get a russian doll each year from my dad, and have gotten one every year since I was born. I also collect snow globes, so I usually get one of those as well.
14.What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you?
I get crazy around holiday time. I can't even expain it. I absolutely love Christmas, and it's only gotten more so as I've gotten older.
15.What is your favorite Holiday Dessert?
Cheesecake, Chocolate chip cookie dough(yes the dough, not the actual cookie), pecan pie(only mine though).
16.What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Decorating the tree, singing carols, visiting family

It's a hand-blown tree topper that one of my friends made in his art class. It looks like Murano glass.
18.Which do you prefer--giving or receiving?
I like giving more than receiving. I will admit it's definitely nice to have a bunch of cool stuff that people have given you, but I love being able to find people that perfect present. I go to extremes to do so. The olny exception to this is what my boyfriend gets me. He's incredibly hard to shop for, so he has a pretty good idea of what's coming before Christmas. I have to make it difficult for him though, I give him 3-4 options and let him figure out what to get.

20. Candy canes? Yes? No? Color?
Yes, the traditional red/white ones. Last year I got the starburst ones too, but they got eaten before they could ever touch the tree.
21.Do you feel Christmas is too commercialized?
Yes, but that may be because I work in retial and I'm around it constantly.
21.Favorite gift you gave?
2 years ago I got my boyfriend an Xbox360 and 2 games. That was probably the best received gift. My favorite to give was for my best friend and I custom made her a dress with fabric that she chose.
22. What do you love about the holidays?
I love being able to see everyone in a great mood and being able to see family. I love the magic feel of the holidays.

wraps them ! i always help my mom wrap everyones presents.. cause she always goes overboard.. she's a nut !

we did halloween lights on it last year.. they looked awesome.. they were purple/pink colored !
