As a recruiter, I always recommend that my candidates work their own personal network as well as use my services. Most find their next position via their network. And, as an added bonus for me, they keep me in mind when they are looking to fill a position with their new organization.

That is great advice Mary. Everyone should be in Blue Chip Expert as it is a great source for jobs and candidates, and not only is it free, but you earn referral fees for anyone you refer. You never know where your next job or employee may come from.

When you need a job, every avenue should be utilied. I am a USAjobs.com fan but hey this could be good also.

Looks like a pyramid scheme to me. The more people you refer the more $ or points or whatever you earn... and so on. From my POV the only way to really find great gigs is from someone you already know, not from any websites or referers you have never met. Sure you might get a follow-up call and perhaps you might luck into an interview or two, but to get the gig you will need to build a personal relationship.
