The significance of using the color purple in your website, or office, home, boat etc

This query probably comes as a surprise to you if you never think about 'colors' much. But if you naturally observe the world around you, it is full of colors. Mostly the basic colors like red, yellow and blue are common but moreso are the shades and hues of those basic colors in between that really captivate and begin to dress the naked eye.

Colors have been assigned to many tangible things like brown tree trunks, green grass, blue skies and purple chakras . . . uh, what the heck is a 'chakra'? Well if you never studied anything spiritual from the grateful wise persons of India, Asia or Tibet, one might not be familiar with words like 'chakra, kundalini, Ayurvedic healing, balancing of the spine from limb to limb etc. These are alternative terms related to holistic principles only a few conventional doctors accept or incorporate into their practice.

Chakra means Wheel in Sanskrit. It is usually depicted in the various shades of purple this highest physical chakra, "the crown chakra is said to be the chakra of consciousness, the master chakra that controls all the others. Its role would be very similar to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to control the rest of the endocrine system, and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. The thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness." "The primary importance and level of existence of chakras is therefore posited to be in the psyche and in the spirit. However, there are those who believe that chakras have a physical manifestation as well"1 , which is what I do believe and this is why the various use of the 'color purple' allows freedom of expression in intellectual regard to everything and everyone.
