For lunch today, I cheated and went to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Also know as KFC for short.

I enjoyed the meal I chose. But I really wanted to get the new roasted chicken wrap that was advertise on tv. Plus it was on the board menu at the venue I visited. I asked for it and was told they didn't have any because nobody bothered making any roasted chicken...What a bummer !!

I was really looking forward to it and thinking at last I can go back to KFC and eat something my doctor will allow without all that grease..But I was reduce to ordering something greasy off the menu. I am truly disappointed they did not have what they were advertising and what was displayed on the board menu of the venue I visited.

This is not the first time they have disappointed me. But this will be the last.

Our local KFC has a habit of running completely out of chicken. I guess that's why they added a Taco Bell.

mmmm.. roasted chicken sounds yummy. I would have just left and went to get something somewhere else :O)

I think I would have left and told them to get their act together. I might even have called in and complained. I'm not a big KFC fan because I seem to always get sick off of their greasy chicken.

Ours always runs out of the extra crispy, which is my favorite...
The least they could have done was to give you a rain check for a free one the next time you came in.
Do you have an El Polo Loco in your area? Their chicken isn't fried but it sure has plenty of taste! I get a few chicken pieces and a side salad w/ low fat Italian dressing and it makes a mighty fine meal.

Call the KFC 1 800 number, and complain! You might just get a free meal out of it.

I have been really disappointed twice recently at one of our local sit down restaurants.
The one day I was hungry for a wet burrito - they were out of sour cream.... and salsa!!!
The next time I went for a sausage gravy omelet or biscuits and gravy - hadn't quite made up my mind yet.... no sausage gravy!!!!
They also recently went out of business - go figure!!!

yeah, I noticed the rpices at KFC were crazy...they charge the same amount or more than what a sit down resturant does. I thought the wraps were suppose to be cheaper..But that was going to be 5 bucks. Instead I paid 8 to get one of their greasy meals...I think KFC has really gone down hill since the secret recipe was sold.

I know we stopped going to places that don't care enough about their customers
to actually keep food ready to order. We give them the benefit of the doubt perhaps one time, but after 2 bad experiences, we don't go back. It's hard to get good help these days though.

They run out of these things because they're trying not to have food spoil. I actually went to a McDonald's on a freeway rest stop once - and they ran out of meat! How is that possible?!?
