Lex Luthor. He was an ordinary guy who managed to be Superman's archnemesis -- and all because Superman inadvertently caused his baldness. (Granted, he could have spent some of that doomsday-machine-making effort on some hair regrowth therapy, but genius is usually insane.) Plus, the guy always had plenty of money to fund his evil plans.
