My kitchen window faces west so every day that I'm home at sunset, I get a fantastic show. Each sunset is as different as a fingerprint and each has it's own beauty. Sometimes I gather my kids and we sit on the back porch or look out the dining room window (which is lower) and watch the sunset until the sky drained of color.
This is my least favorite time of year in Barbados because the prevailing winds are from the east and that means West Africa and the Sahara Desert. It's actually not been bad this year except that our usually crystal blue skies are somewhat faded and my eyes sting at odd times during the day. However, I have to say it makes the sunsets even more beautiful than usual. The beauty of the sunset two days ago was just stunning.
We spent a good half hour watching this sunset. Our food got cold and had to be warmed up, but what a show!! If the floor of Heaven looks like this, what must the rest of it be like?

This sunset is dancing in all majestic colors of the seven musical notes. There is so much beauty that I would have stayed there with you and forget about everything else.
