FROGS at the Baltimore Aquarium

A recent trip to the Balitmore Aquarium provided a great opportunity to see a variety of frogs I normally wouldn't have the chance to see and photograph. Here are a few of my favorites:

 

This little orange frog was much smaller than he looks in this photo.

These two share an amazing resemblance to moss!

This handsome fellow looks a little bashful.

 

One of everyone's favorites! 

Tomato frogs!

 

This one blends in with his surroundings. 

And he looks like he's having a bad day! 

These little ones were adorable. 

 These seemed to like hiding out in the shadows.

 I love the intricate markings on this one.

This brave little frog shares his home with a snake!

Great photos - I love these guys. And the Baltimore Aquarium. I'll be heading to Valencia (Spain) in June to see their huge public aquarium. I can't wait.

Great pictures! They do have great exibits there don't they? It has been a while since I hae been to the Baltimore Aquarium. It is just getting so expensive now.

What a great photo essay. I'm a big frog lover. I loved the second picture where the frog resembled moss, I have never seen one like that before.

I love frogs. The blue poison darts ones are my favorite. I saw them here ; they were the ones hiding in the shadows. soo tiny and cute.
