finger painting...outside of course...also can make crafts with elbow mac...and bow ties.
If it's raining...make a tent inside and let them use the imagination that God gave them. Let them help with lunch...french bread pizza is always fun and they like to make their own. Play dough is always fun but another (to me) that should be done outside...hard to pull out of carpet.
