Poster Contest: Love Your Body

The National Organization for Women runs a contest annually to encourage better body image for young women. These are displayed in schools and colleges nationwide. Please click her if you are interested in the details for the 2009 POSTER CONTEST: Love Your Body.

The deadline is December 1, 2008.
Prizes

Category I: $400 prize for open competition (non-student)
Category II: $400 prize for undergraduate or graduate student
Category III: $200 prize for high school student
Category IV: $100 prize for elementary and middle school student

One category prize winner will be selected as the grand prize winner* to be reproduced and distributed nationwide as the official 2009 Love Your Body Campaign poster and featured on the NOW Foundation web site. The grand prize winner will receive an additional cash prize of $600. Please read the entry guidelines for complete rules and instructions by clicking on the link above.

Healthy, positive images for young women is an important. Have a look at the past winners for ideas of what they are looking for.

This is a great booster for young womens self-esteem as they have such tremendous pressure placed on them regarding: appearance. Thank you for this.
