When I take a walk in the evening to work out, or if I am relaxing (which is rare), or flying, I power on my trusty MP3 player and enjoy listening to my favorite songs.
Any old song won't do - for me to relax and be comfortable, I have to listen to something that I know really well, something hwere I know every word, every chord, every beat of the drum, every bass rhythm... Is it the same for you? Or can you just listen to whatever is playing on the radio for example...
Lately my MP3 player has been loaded with a wide variety of songs, from Classic Rock, to Latin, to Italian Progressive Rock, to Country and Pop...
The current line-up includes...
Curved Air - Back Street Love, Melinda (More Or Less), Marie Antoinette
Premiata Forneria Marconi - River Of Life, Impressiones di Setiembre, Dove... Quando
Elton John - Rocket Man
David Bowie - China Girl
Juan Luis Guerra - Guavaberry
Ricardo Montaner - Tan Enamorados
Isabel Pantoja - Por Un Beso
Deep Purple - Highway Star, Kill The King
Genesis - Cinema Show, Supper's Ready
Garth Brooks - Calling Baton Rouge, If Tomorrow Never Comes
Well that's just some of them...
So what's on your list.....
Or maybe you do something else rather than listen to music while you work out...
I'd love to hear about it...

It's little things like that or when other walkers and joggers acknowledge you as you walk that make you feel good.
I sing hymns when I walk, though.
Sorry you don't have anything to play your music on Toni, but I also listen to music in my head. I can go through a lot of my favorite songs, word by word, beat by beat, know every note. I can even do it for songs I haven't heard for years. It's amazing what the brain can remember.
