i know i posted an article like this before.. but i'm OBSESSED with music & am always curious what others are listening too.. lately i have been listened to the new coldplay song 'viva la vida' it's amazing ! & i bought the new augustana cd.. which is also really good ! i've also been on a carrie underwood & taylor swift kick too.. haha

ooh i bought the soundtrack after i saw the movie in theaters.. sucha good soundtrack ! i loved that movie.. but i cried the whole time !

lately we've been listening to the soundtrack from Alvin and the Chipmunks....at my 3 yr old son's request. I think it's so funny because we'll be blasting the music real loud and come to a stop light and the people next to us look at us like we're nuts for blasting Chipmunk music!! TOO FUNNY!

My point is, After I watched the Holiday, I turned gay for a couple hours. Bought a copy of Cats and All That Jazz before I returned to my self again. On the plus side, I started dressing nicer.

A new CD. King Karma. It's fairly basic rock. Something that's hard to come by these days. I bought it 'cause I heard they sounded like Cry of Love. Don't know Cry of Love? Of course you don't. Radio hits ten years ago included Peace Pipe, Too Cold in the Winter. I can hear some riff stealing- Audio Slave, AIC, the opening track sounds kind of like a Collective Soul tune.

My tastes tend to stay constant BUT my specific choices change in phases.

Lately I have been listening to Buck Owens Greatest Hits, when I need to keep productive and Nat King Cole when I am free to slow down and relax.

( also throw in some days in the past month when I had a Webb Pierce overdose and a Sinatra day or two )
