Apparently anyone can join the MyBarackObama network and create their own page.
And certainly no candidate can handpick who his supporters are.
But does he have to allow them to advertise on his website?

Obama Campaign Removes New Black Panther Party Endorsement From Web Site

And while we are at it, we should show what the members of that BLOB believe.
"Someone please explain why Barack Hussein "Osama" Obama can get away with having black supremecist groups supporting him, and no one makes a fuss about it, but when Ron Paul was taking money from Stormfront, it was considered grounds to run him out of the campaign? (And yes, I do believe Paul should answer for that)
Is it just me, or is anyone else SICK TO DEATH of the racial double standard in this country?
I did a check and haven't came across this story from any reliable news source a reliable news source. I also noticed that this blog really don't clearly identify themselves and have no contact information especially noted was no physical address, people that lurk in the shadows usually are hiding from someone or are hiding something, lurking in the shadows and hiding is not characteristic of an honest person or operation.
Me either. Although I did find the story on "The Official Website of Representative David Duke, PhD". Now there's a surprise!
(Burning questions: when did David Duke become a Representative again and where did he get the PhD?)
I followed the links, and found, as Richard did, that the article had been removed promptly.
Interesting to see Terry claim some insight about "hating America", since this is a person that removes any content to which he disagrees.
They have no trouble with clueless, power-mad, liars who waste american lives and treasure because that Village Idiot is white and talks to Jesus.
Get a life and an education.
David Duke Ph.D. OMG, LOL!
Thanks, Peter. I should have known that. Thankfully that's as far as Duke ever got, although he ran for just about every public office.

The Council of Conservative Citizens is a re-birth of the White Citizens Councils of the civil rights era who tried with all their might to keep segregation in place. My parents used to call the White Citizen Council the suit and tie Klan. Some called them the up town Klan. A lot is coming out in this thread.
The ends justifying the means is the shortest road to hell.
Some people will do anything to accomplish their goal. Our jails and prisons are full of such folks that operate without a moral compass. Everybody from stock swindlers to common thieves and murderers.
Exactly so, Brian.
Leading Republicans, like the unlamented Trent Lott, were members and supporters of these "Councils" throughout their careers.
Lott, of course, is now working as a highly-paid lobbyist in Washington.
Yep, or even when you (falsely) BELIEVE your goal to be moral, like the Klan or the Catholic Church or the Republican Party... but some really vile groups truly consider themselves the very height of reason and morality. For example, the GOP has a long-term plan they call Project for a New American Century or PNAC. It involves creating peace in the Middle East (a worthy goal) by eliminating all the people who live there! (Obviously a disgusting and inhuman policy, and the scariest part is, they've already gotten a good start (they have killed a million Iraqis - how many millions of innocent people have to die before we can use the word 'holocaust?' ) Oh, btw, the PNAC plan also calls for "several major-theater wars" for the US, so if you don't think the thousands of dead American soldiers we have now aren't enough, get ready for lots more if the GOP get elected in November. And I'm generous enough to believe that most religious groups honestly believed that the wars they started were in pursuit of worthy goals (although war is such a great crime against humanity, very few justifications are ever legitimate). Zealotry tends to make people become utterly misguided and lose what moral compass they might have had, or as Voltaire opined, "Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities."
That, in short, is the main reason I am against religion. But there are other organizations equally rotten at the core, and the Republican Party is undoubtedly one.
Sometimes I don't find much to believe in about our species.
I'm going to bed.
Duke ran as a Democrat and a "Populist" (his own party) without success.
David Duke won his election to the Louisiana State House by running as a Republican.

Barack Obama's campaign has removed an endorsement by the New Black Panther Party from its Web site, one day after the Illinois senator delivered a speech calling for improved race relations in America.
"The page in question has been removed from our campaign Web site," Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor told FOXNews.com after inquiries about the endorsement. "It's our policy with any content generated by a group that advocates violence." …
I hope you all are better than that. I hope you will rise above it, like Sen. Obama has. I am doing my best to bite my tongue.
About his not wearing a lapel flag pin, Obama, showed how sharp and clear his mind can be about an issue. Others, bring their petty biases and self-discontent to this issue. They are unhappy people, looking for satisfaction over some issue in their own lives. I love to see these kind of people show how ignorant and uneducated they really are.
On, Sorry, I forgot DON"T TALK ABOUT HIS WIFE. Obama will get angry.

C'mon people...let's play nice...political debates can be fun! =)
Do you not see the financial crisis these fools put us in, while greedily padding their pockets? You and yours sounds to be the only ones here spewing hating for other Americans.
I guess if that is all you have, we will only consider the source and give you a pass.

Yo Terry, your syllogism has no basis in fact, It's invalid, totally inaccurate and totally unconnected to any supporting evidence or proof. This is a perfect example of emotional, irrational nonsense. You have, however, proved something. Hint: it has nothing to do with your statement.
