om Shore: The Ditching and Rescue of ALM Flight 980. The book tells the true story of a 1970 airliner that ditched in the Caribbean Sea and the efforts to rescue those who survived. If you're in the area, stop by. I'll have a laptop running with images of some of the actiual people involved in the story. I also have one of the actual life vests from the accident. The thirty-eigth anniversary of the accident was last Friday.
