Here's a link for something I'm sure you never knew you needed.  It shows you how to fold towels so they look like a cat, boat, frog, elephant.  If you've ever been on a cruise, you know that they fold towels this way.

You could even do a gift basket and put little soaps or candles arranged around the towels. What a clever idea.
