Is something wrong with the Gather notification system?

I noticed this morning that even though people have been commenting on my articles, I have only received one or two notifications. Have any of you noticed a problem?
I also haven't been receiving notifications when someone posts things to Pictures Galore. I stopped receiving those messages sometime before the upgrade though (And yes, I checked my email settings, and I they are set to the right thing).
Anyone else notice a problem?

Yes... you are not alone. Plus, a lot of content is currently not appearing in the "Friend Feed" that should (at least for some members).

No idea...my only problem is getting mass emails that are obviously spam. Apparently Gather has email forwards going around now. If I blocked everyone that sent them, I dont think many would be able to send me email....and that wouldn't be right.

I noticed that about 9 PM last night, just by chance. I was checking out my own pix and saw a comment that had not come through the notification system. In checking this morning, there are several more comments but NO NOTIFICATIONS! I hope this gets fixed ASAP as I try to always return comments. I can't go back through all my images and see who has commented in the last 24 hrs.

I am not getting emails either..I haven't gotten 7 all day...I usually have tons more.

happened to me on my regular hotmail....seems i hit 'block' once by mistake on a notification. but i unblocked it and it ok now!!

I turned off all my notifications about two upgrades back...when I got 6000 (yes, that's 6000!) emails.

Yep, I noticed a problem. I had everything set so that I didn't get any notices and I still get them! I changed all my settings, have went in twice more to make sure and I am still getting them. I have given up worrying about it. LOL
