Dina Lohan, (yes, Lindsay's mom), Parent of the Year!

Dina Lohan, Lindsay Lohan's mom, has just been named a "Top Mom" by Mingling Moms, a Long Island organization. She was honored amoung other celebrity mothers. Wow, this organization doesn't have very high standards. Apparently once your kid goes to rehab before age 21, you've become a top notch mom. Or maybe they just want publicity for their organization.
