Take the meat off the bones and you could make barbecue sandwiches or slice the meat in strips off the bones and use the meat in a salad.

Otherwise, chopped them up, place in gravy (even canned gravy) and serve over potatoes~

I dice mine up and fry in a little oil with some veggies that I like, such as broc, etc. I cook up some spaghetti and drain, mix all together and add some soy sauce. I love it this way, you can also, use left over steak...

Pasta salad - chopped up with salad dressing, pasta and whatever veggies you have on hand with maybe cubed cheese and olives.

You could also do a pork sandwich - let it simmer a while in bbq sauce.
