Terrible Migraine!

*sigh* I can't sleep because I still have a headache :(

It started as a sinus headache and then turned into a terrible migraine. I have pills for the migraine and pills for the allergies but niether one worked today. Ive taken all the pills I can take for 12 hours.

This isthe worst migraine Ive had in a long time. I can see flashes of light in the corner of my eyes and little dancing dots sometimes. I was sick to my stomach this afternoon because it gave me the dizziness.

So Im up again and can't sleep it hurst so much.

Poppy, try alkaselter cold plus, that should get you some rest

Lora- If your chest pains are moving into your left arm or your back call 911, and take an asprin quickly.

Sometimes putting a coldpack on my face helps with migraines... but it has to be big enough to block out all the light. The one I have has little polypropelene beads in it that chill in the freezer. The cold helps constrict the blood vessels, which helps the migraine. I hope you are feeling better soon.
