If the Hillary haters keep trying to push her out of the race,we will end up with Mccain as president.Obama's electibility has basically been going down the tubes now that more and more americans are seeing who he really is.So many got on the american idol bandwagon and voted for him because of his charisma, his voice,he seems younger,I have even heard stupid remarks like he is cute,or Hillary is too ugly, fat, old bag etc.
If we want a democrat in the white house we have to look at which one can win against Mccain. The blue collar workers are running the other way from Obama. They are the backbone and large majority in this country. As are the catholics, another large group.
Hillary has caught up quickly in North Carolina in the polls. She is ahead in Indiana and Kentucky. She is expected to win Puerto Rico handily. If we allow and insist this race go to the convention she will pick up the superdelegates and win the nomination. The supers can see, like all of us can that Obama is losing support. They have only one job to do,choose the person who can win the election.

Hillary is too dishonest. Too much of a politician.
I like Barack, but I fear that neither Democrat is electable, again.
Maybe there is enough pent up isolationism in the country to carry the democrat to victory. I personally don't see how it could happen, but hey, I'm just a private citizen.
I'd rather vote for Hillary, but a vote for McCain would be the easiest vote I've made since 1980 (John Anderson).
However, I'll still vote for Hillary.
Polls are snapshots. Of course if you poll during this Wright guy performing his show the numbers will go down.
Guess what, Obama comes out speak, and does the trick again! LOL. Keep hating. The guy is brilliant. Formidable!
CBS NEWS/NEW YORK TIMES OBama 50, Clinton 38/ Obama 51 McCain 40/Clinton 53 McCain 41
So what? She performs better against McCain by 1 point. LOL. That means a tie, statistically, OK?
Gallup poll, Clinton was up 2. Now Obama +4
National polls don't even matter in primaries. who cares. She has lost the delegate race. It's all about the supers now and the spin candidates sell them. Really, Kentucky, WV, Oregon, and all those results will not hardly matter. The delegate race will be unchanged, Obama will need less than 100 supers and she will need more than 200. Place your bets.
I am getting the champaigne ready.

DEMOCRATS -165
REPUBLICANS +135
ANY OTHER PARTY +50000
To Win Presidency
BARACK OBAMA +115
JOHN McCAIN +135
HILLARY CLINTON +375
The democrats are doing very well compared to republicans.
To win presidency it looks like McCain and Obama are fairly closed.
Jim G., look at Intrade political markets. They were on the money in 04 and 06 (house) races.
Barack Obama to be Democratic Presidential Nominee in 2008 75.8% $4.4M
Hillary Clinton to be the Democratic Presidential Nominee in 2008 22.5% $6.2M

"Bret, you mean you 'would' or you will write her (Hillary) in? Because her name won't be on the ballot! :)"
Like I've said a million times on here before, I always vote the Conservative in. If there are no true Conservatives on the ballot, I move down the scale to the Centrists - and I vote for them. Hillary is a bit to the Left of Center, McCain is a bit to the Right of Center. If Hillary gets bounced, then I'd be forced to go with McCain.
Under no circumstances could I vote for the Socialist Obama.
Have you been to barackobama.com lately?
That guy wants EVERY SINGLE Social program ever invented.
How could he possibly pay for even 30% of it?
THAT is why I can't vote for him. Forget all these other peripheral, but hilarious, other issues.
"laugh about it,
shout about it.
When you've got to choose,
anyway you look at it
you lose."
We've got the Candyman, the Dragon Lady, and Bush Lite. One will be a winner, the rest of us will be the losers.
