You see, these vending machines company are battling for the super competitive office vending coffee market and as long as there is a new account, they would jumped at it. And it is with them that you would get your free coffee, at least for 6 months.

There are numerous ways that you can use them to get the free coffee. In the long run, the best thing is to get your office management to provide a pantry corner.

Many big companies are already having pantry corners in bid to get employees to spend more time to boast productivity and also in some ways, to better the welfare of their employees.

So, if you want to get free coffee in the long run, suggest to your bosses on doing projects to boast morale, increased productivity. In theory, you should get the nod.

But regardless, if you get the go ahead for this project, asked for permission to bring coffee vending machines suppliers to do a trial.

For that, you need a quotation, with clause of 1 month trial and validity of 3 months. With these 2 clause, you should be able to get free coffee from 3 different suppliers for 3 months. If your boss do not agreed to the pantry project, extend the pantry trial for another 3 months, and you have free coffee for 6 months.
