I think this looks really good. I would probably use real whipped cream instead of Cool Whip...but other than that, wouldn't change a thing.

I was just at a hawaiian wedding. No, they weren't hawaaian but it was in hawaii. the didn't use this cake though. hmmm, does it mean they aren't really married?

thanks so much for posting the recipe for the Hawaiian Wedding Cake. Wedding cake or not i am going to try this cake real soon. my youngest son loves any kind of cake that i put in front of him. i wish i had a piece of this cake right now!
