A Distant Shore...

I walked once upon a stormy shore,
Where love, it seemed was lost
And you were all I saw...

 As I drew nearer to your
Raging, hurling, grief
I saw you glance at me...

You were lost in that single look
Your heart did open
Like a running brook.
You smiled ...and
The tempest in your very soul did wane

And then...you ran to me
Into my arms forever
I do Love you so...

You looked into my eyes
And there you must have found
The comfort you sought
For next thing I know
Your laughter peals out
Across a still foreboding landscape
To bring the sun itself out of hiding

And

Yes! say you, as I spread my wings
Transporting you to heavenly shores.

At journey's end as I set you down to rest,
Though our travels, timeless and across no space did pass
You sigh...deeply...

I do Love you so...

Into that rare and beautiful jewel
Within your holy mind
Have we at last arrived…

It was eternally so
Yet I did not believe
Until with my own eye I did see that
Truly, my Father's Kingdom rests within thee

Yes... rest my now sweetest most precious,
For you will be awakened
Only by a tender kiss upon your cheek
The bearer of this kiss shall be
The Prince of Light HimSelf

I wrote this in 2000 when I was having a very deep awakening, I saw that I was split in two. There was the grieving me and the me that understood, I spent the next few years bring the two halves of myself together into an abstract whole Self.

And yes I did receive His kiss...
