Making an offer

I was just dropping by Gather today to publish an image, when I spied this group in my groups list.  I don't Gather much these days so you probably don't know me.  I am an artist, writer, and webdesigner.  I do have a couple of tattoos, as does my hubby, and I love 'em. 

In the last few years I have been very deeply honored several times when people asked me to design a tattoo for them.  The very idea that someone would want a piece of art that I designed to wear on their skin for a lifetime is deeply humbling.  A few were friends, and a few more found me through my line art website - http://color-your-own.com.  I just recently finished designing a tattoo for someone who found me that way - he now has his own personal design of a labrador retriever dog in honor of his own beautiful dog who recently passed away. 

To so many of us our tattoos have deep meanings, and I cannot tell you how honored I am when someone allows me to be part of that.  So what I am meandering my way towards is just to let you know, you out there who have tattoos or admire them and want one (or more) that if you can't find what you want, or you have a design in your head but not the ability to create it - I am more than happy to help.  I don't visit Gather all that often, so just email me at dpixie AT demented-pixie.com and put "art request" or something similar in the subject line.
