A hearing was held Friday morning, April 25, in the chambers of Judge Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court. The way has been opened for discovery and depositions in Paul v Clinton. They can start immediately.
Hillary will not be deposed until after the election. Don't panic, it will be okay. Yes, of course, it was a political consideration. Disney did not release THE PATH TO 911 on DVD to protect Hillary.
Judge Aurelio Munoz, who appears rather friendly with Clinton attorney David Kendall, requested that Kendall say hello to a friend named Bill at Kendall's firm, Connolly and Williams. Munoz went to law school with him. Isn't that nice.
Even though Hillary will be delayed, there will be numerous witnesses who have important things to say. They include defendants former President Bill Clinton and Jim Levin, Chelsea Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Gov. Ed Rendell, Gray Davis, Howard Wolfson, Kelly Craighead, Andrew Grossman, Patti Solis Doyle, Larry King, Barbra Streisand, Cher, Diana Ross, John Travolta, Brad Pitt, Stan Lee, Haim Saban, and many others.
Even before her testimony, the voters will learn about her obstruction of justice and the false FEC reporting. Perhaps a sitting federal judge and an assistant US Attorney will be subpoeaned. Are you listening Clinton-appointed Judge A. Howard Matz, you who pulled off the legal equivalent of the 1919 Black Sox in the David Rosen trial?
People who were never called in the Rosen trial or before the FEC will finally be grilled. Hillary turned in a false declaration to the court. It is hoped that testimony from other witnesses is going to show that. We hope that Obama people will start asking questions and making demands of her. Why isn't Hillary coming forward to give testimony voluntarily before the Superdelegates choose? What is Hillary hiding? The primaries end in June. She has plenty of time to come forward and testify. Hillary, how is it that everyone at Stan Lee Media, including Disney execs ready to come aboard, knew about your husband's new employment, but you didn't know? How is that possible? Your daughter knew. You lied in your sworn declaration.
We know how to serve and are making arrangements to serve a subpoena on Gov. Ed Rendell. Perhaps we can get it on film. The Bill and Chelsea depositions should be wonderful media events in New York. And I have hopes of serving a subpoena on Streisand and getting it on film. Hopefully, we can catch her without makeup and looking particularly hideous.
Hillary vowed through her spokesman Howard Wolfson that she would take no money from Peter Paul. Why have you been lying for over seven years, telling the voters that the campaign would take no money from Peter Paul? David Rosen, your testimony in your criminal trial may be shown to be "factually innacurate."
Jim Levin, lapdance provider to the president, your depo should be extremely entertaining, a two bags of popcorn event.
Let the questions begin. Let people start challenging Hillary. I expect the first depositon to be in about 30 days or so. You will hear about how another vendor was stiffed and how the Clinton campaign failed to declare money paid to her.
David Kendall, attorney for the Clintons and the voters are finally going to pay attention that you accepted service for Hillary on July 11, 2001. Included in Peter's lawsuit were receipts, bank statements, and invoices for about $1.6 million. You had that information and Hillary had that information. Treasurer Andrew Grossman had that information, and you allowed your client to have filed on her behalf a third false FEC report, declaring only about $401,000.

The California courts have thrown Hillary's name off the lawsuit. The anti Clinton group Judicial Watch is sponsoring Paul in his series of failed lawsuits against the Clintons.
I think those salivating at another "Whitewater" scandal are going to be disappointed.

It is tempting to think that what is happening in the democratic race is simply racism. Sorry, America, but that is how it looks to me.
It has always been there... since the moment Obama declared his candidacy it has been a factor. But hey, we don't really want to discuss it, unless we can find a target that provides camouflage for our fears about a black man becoming president.

Proceed to the endless looping of Wrights' comments by the MSM... endless. This way we can attack Senator Obama for knowing a kook, (haven't we done an awesome job of turning Wright into the devil? And we'd better be careful or Obama will join hands with Wright and Farrakhan to enslave the white nation!)
I am so sick of all this. There is an abundance of problems this country faces but we don't really want to look. It is easier to get all wound up about a militant preacher than to look at ourselves.
