So, I switched to Cingular/AT&T for my cell phone service in January. They had a promo where new customers would get a $50 VISA rebate card for each line they activated. I activated two lines. The rebate was approved according to the AT&T website and mailed on 3/10/08. I haven't gotten the gift cards yet, so I emailed AT&T. They responded with an email that said I had to call Customer Service to inquire about my "non-receipt of gift cards". I've been trying to call all afternoon. An automated response answers and says "Due to the high volume of calls, all service representatives are busy. Call again." AND DISCONNECTS ME. Grrrrr....
