I am still trying to catch up. It seems that everyone else has this 'new' stuff down and I'm playing with a deck of forty maybe. Clearly not fifty-two and my forty has a lot of jokers. They are all 'wild'.
Anyway, and I love the word 'anyway'. It says so much, without saying anything at all.
At the risk of repeating myself, 'anyway', someone sent me an invitation to join a group. It actually said I had 'two' invitations which happens some days. But when I arrived to join or decline, I saw there was only one. My instinct is to believe that somehow, someway, there was a glitch when they pressed submit and it submitted twice. Only not.
The little green guy is still there after many days. I can't figure out how to get him to go away. I have had group invitations since, took care of them, and still, the message is that I have one. On the page where I would join or decline, it says I have none.
It's a glitch.....where did that word originate?...I will have to look it up.....that just won't go. It's kind of like when I have 'bill's toupee" and he has my wig. I pay the bills, but never do get any better hair. I join or decline the group invitations, but the one that isn't is still there. It just won't go away!.

This is caused by your "Guarded Viewing" filter, which is located on your account settings page. If the filter is turned ON, you will not be able to view any groups containing mature content, and that includes invitations to join those groups.
Eliminating these 'phantom' group invitations is quite easy, and this article will show you how.
