We got back last week, from my Brother in laws wedding in Arizona, but I have been terribly busy, then I was sick for a couple of days, so I havn't had time to be on Gather.
But I thought I would share some photos from our trip! It was Madeline and my first time in AZ. Hubby had been there before because he used to live there but he was very young at the time and so he didn't remember any of it. So we were all very excited to be going.
First a few from the wedding:
Madeline was a flower girl:

Madeline playing with the other flower girl:

Maddie with her 7month old 2nd cousin: It was so sweet, she kept giving her kisses :)

She was having so much fun at the wedding, she kept running around so fast that she would occasionally trip over her dress :) She would just get right back up and run some more though

The three of us:

She loved this fountain and did not want to stay out of it :)

a Saguaro cactus:

More cactus:

view from a trail we took in the mountains:

a few more from at the resort we stayed at:

Thanks for looking at my photo essay! I have another one coming soon about our visit to a Ghost Town while we were in AZ.

LOL Victoria about your daughter! Maddie didn't quite want to sit still during the wedding. I grabbed her before she got to the very front. I didn't want to have to go chasing her up over the hill that the wedding was on, in the middle of the wedding. Plus the golf course was right behind it, not a good place for kids...\
Maddie held hands with one of the bridesmaids comeing down the aisle so she was too busy to drop flowers and the other flower girl refused to walk so the MOH carried her down the aisle. (she was very shy)
Guessing that there might be complications with the flower girls we went ahead and spread flowers down the aisle ahead of time.
In Maddie's first picture she looks petulant--- a royal princess sighing... "Is this over yet?". :-) In the second shot, I was struck by 2 little girls in the same princess outfits, with the wonderful differences in coloring and features. The green grass framing them makes for an awesome shot! The kissing and tripping shots are too precious!
Thanks for sharing your photos!

U wishing you laughter
