This recipe reminds me of a favorite pasta dish I used to eat at an authentic Italian place in Grand Rapids, MI. The only difference was they added white wine to the sauce as well.
I would either reduce the amount of pasta called for or increase the other ingredients, it seems like it would be rather dry. Adding a bit of pasta cooking water would be nice too.
Finish with some hot pepper flakes and fresh grated Italian cheese and I'm there!
