I am over 26 weeks along with my first pregnancy. It is really setting in that in just a few months we (my husband and I) will be holding our little boy. I am getting really excited! I think it will be wierd though in a way to sit down and not feel him kicking anymore. Right now he is an active little guy and I so enjoy the feeling of a little life inside of me. I may miss some of it, but I am sure it will be an even greater joy to hold that little life in my arms! The Lord has blessed us greatly with help from our families and church families in preparing. At church we are the first of the younger couples to have a baby (we go to a smaller church) so many of the other mothers are keeping up with me and giving me really nice hand-me-downs. What a blessing! I hope to do the same when I am in there position, but for now I will not take for granted God's provision throught these wonderful people! Our families have been a big help as well! Our parents have painted the baby room and are putting together showers and all sorts of fun things! It is the first grandchild on both my husband and my side. It is all such a joy! What a Almighty Creator is the God of the universe! I give Him praise!

God continue to be with Ana (my daughter's name is Anna, short for Anastasia). May she find even greater joy in her little miracle. Give her peace and understanding of all the changes in her life and her body. Thank you God for bringing her family and friends around her for this special time. Give her family strength through the coming days. Bless Ana in all her glory of this birth. Amen.
Only one bit of advice ... get as much rest now as you can. Because, if I remember well (and it's been a while since I had a little one), I got VERY little sleep for a VERY long time. But, you know what? I never missed the lack of sleep ... even the cry of the baby at 2 am for a feeding was music to my ears. YOU ARE VERY LUCKY!!! ENJOY THIS TIME AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR LITTLE ANGEL!!! BLESS YOU BOTH!!!
