Ultrasound image of smiling child leaked from La La Land

It's a scandal because there are wild Internet rumours that the Queen is knocked up and has only been that way for three days, so Space Aliens are suspect.  This leaked ultrasound image of unknown origin suggests an oddly mature child in the womb.  If this is not a hoax, then we are glad we are already ready for such a thing.  La La Land has full Universal Health coverage so we have toothpaste, hair conditioner, and Mister Bubble ready !!!
