New Business Owner...soon

I have to say this was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make.  I've always wanted to own my own business but quite frankly I was scared.  I did look into buying a Curves for Women 6 years ago and it terrified me and my finances were not so good so I didn't do it.

Things are much better now and the opportunity arose at the right time for me.  I took the last month and consulted with the experts and I feel it is a viable opportunity to delve into at this time.

I agonized over this decision and finally I found peace within this past weekend.  I called the owner this past monday and we met.  I was so proud of me.  I am not the confrontational type but I certainly took charge of this conversation.  I told her I was not a negotiator and have a maximum price I would pay and not a penny more.  I gave her my reasons and she amazingly accepted.  I do feel I paid a fair price for the business and I'M SO EXCITED to start this journey.

She left for vacation this week and we are going to start the process next week.  I called the banker and he said I am already pre approved.  Now it is the rest of the paperwork to wade through that will predict when the final takeover will be.....

WHOO HOO...let the games begin!!
