As Diet.com's health & fitness expert, they let me choose the topic and what type of videos we are going to shoot. Since I have received a lot of requests for workouts that people can do at home, in a hotel room, or outdoors, I figured a fast and efficient body weight workout was the way to go.
The best part is you don't need any equipment!

Here's how to complete the exercise program:
Body Weight Workout: "Full Body Blast"
Superset #1 - 2-3 sets
1A. Prisoner Squats x 20 reps
1B. Squat Thrusts with Push-ups x 10 reps
Superset #2 - 2-3 sets
2A. Plank with Shoulder External Rotation x 20 reps
2B. Crunch with 1-Leg Up x 15+ reps on each side
If you're just starting out try 1 set the first time you go through the workout and then if you don't have any soreness advance up to 2-3 sets the next time.
