A friend, a retired colonel, sent me a link to this short Dean Kamen talk today. Dean, as you may know, is the designer of the Segway. In this video, he demonstrates the stages of development completed on a new prosthetic arm needed for some of the returning US troups.
As we look at the violence around the world, and the life changes US and other troops face as a result of political decisions that have been made, it's good to know there are some who are trying to make it better.
