Gather Points™: 3,335 and I started off the month with 462 points, so that's 2873 this month! How many points have you earned this month? Are you close to getting the cash or are you already getting cash here? Think they'll send us the invitations if we make it?

Great job. Wish I was doing that well. I can't seem to find the time to do the site much. I'm on at 784 points. I don't think I will ever get the cash option.

I have $6 for the month. I probably won't even hit $10 total this month, but that's perfectly fine with me. I was only at home for a few days, and even then I was busy getting ready to come here.

I won't mind just getting the card. Although it may take me months to get one, lol. I only have 600 points since signing up (what, 2 or 3 wks ago?). What is each point worth?

You know if you get a card... you can go use the card at the store, buy one thing for the cost of the card.... then return it with the sales slip and get cash back. So really, it doesn't bother me to just go for the card. I don't think I'd ever get enough to make cash anyways, lol.

Correction: I went and checked and I have 704 points and I've been a member since April 8th. So still not the greatest I guess... but oh well. I am enjoying myself on here!

Okay another question. I am still so confused about all this. I was reading your post about the "go-getters" and how close people were to the cash goals. After reading the comments I'm all confused. What exactly do you get paid for on here? I mean, I know you get points for others commenting to your posts and rating you. Do I get points for making comments or rating though?

I have a little over 1600 so far. Don't think i can average almost 200 points a day to get it. Maybe next month. 'sigh'

I don't have an exact total for what I earned this month, but I am thinking over 3000 by now based on when I last cashed in, what I had then, and what I have now.

I'm currently at $93 with 1,032 people in my network. I hit the cash option 28 days after I first started writing on Gather 14 months ago. I've already accomplished my goals here...with the main one being seeing if I was able to write.

I am inching close to 1200 points. My dad is chomping at the bit for me to get enough points...he loves the Home Depot gift cards! LOL I jusrt hate cashing the points in and having that paltry little balance looking back at you! (I have done pretty well so far, almost 200 points in the 4 days back here since I decided to crawl in my hole and be anti-social for over 4 months.)

I reached and earned the cash option last July earned over 3000 points in 2 weeks and did not get invited to take the cash option I don't know why and even emailed and asked and got no response back on it.
