I'm looking for some help, as must lose some more weight. I have lost 4 pounds, but need to lose the other 11 pounds. My doctor says this is a great direction I'm taking for my back problems. I am hoping people can give me back exercise suggestions, as my back has been hurting a lot this month.
I have taken back pain medication more times this month than usual. Today I started the day with medication. My doctor told me to use lighter weights, so I bought an entire weight set, so can use the littlest weights. He told me not to use them every day, so I am doing more walking. I'm taking a day off from each type of exercise. Other exercises I'm doing sit-ups and jumping jakes. I have ordered a new jump rope, as can't find my old one.
Any suggestions for weight loss appreciated, as I gained 10 of the pounds over the holidays. I know its all of the food, cooking, baking, high calorie foods, and stress that I need to solve before the next holidays.

Have you thought of Tai Chi or Yoga. Its not a strenous work out but it is calming and will add to your flexibility.
I also am believer in Chiropractic adjustments. I believe if your bones are in the right place there is no pain. When I hurt I see my Chiropractor and then I don't hurt for a long time.
