Iraq / the future

My father seems to think that Barack Obama will probably be the next president.  I'm not sure that it'll happen that way.  If it does, great, I hope that he will be educated about what we are doing, and he will change from his previously stated opinion. 

There could be other people running for the office.  Hillary may decide to run as a third party candidate.  Maybe it won't happen that way either.  Some people could be sufficiently scared of Obama, and he might not win election either.

In an ideal world, Iran wouldn't be threatening to destroy Israel, and seeking to develop Nuclear Weapons.

In an ideal world, China would be more concerned about promoting harmonious trade deals, and concerned about human rights, and not trying to sell weapons to warring factions.

It might be nice if Iran started to behave itself, but I'm not sure that it'll go that way.
