Idaho: Democratic Primary

Ok, this is different.  Voters for the Democratic Primary in Idaho (May 27) will be able to select their choice:  Obama, Clinton or Judd.

Now you already KNOW about two of them . . . so here's some info about Judd:

Well . . . it turns out that his name will be on the ballot but he's a Death Row Inmate in Texas according to him!  The truth, however, is Keith Judd is serving time at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999. He's scheduled for release in 2013.  Federal Prisons don't parole people like State Prisons do.  Apparently, all he had to do to qualify for Idaho's ballot was pay $1,000 . . . he's on no other state's ballot.  (Be proud Idaho).

Judd has some nicknames too:  Mr President, Dark Priest, W.D. and Rusty.  Self-described as a Rastafarian/Christian (There's SOMETHING you don't see every day)!   Here's his booking photo.

Apparently, his campaign website: http://www.voiceforinmates.com/keithjudd11593051.htm  is no longer viewable.  MSNBC reports "He qualified as a write-in candidate in Kentucky, California (Crap!), Indiana and Florida, but Idaho apparently is the only state where his name will appear on the ballot."  In a bizarre twist, it doesn't matter how many votes he gets, he won't get any national convention delegates.  Idaho delegates are chosen only by caucuses.

Let's all see how many people in Idaho vote for him . . . Okay?  Personally . . . he beats John McCain for me.  :P
