Clay Aiken's a superstar in his own right. He's sold over 6 million albums. Co-authored a bestseller. Now he's singing and dancing in Monty Python's SPAMALOT. And Gather's proud to get the word out about his charity, The Bubel/Aiken Foundation – which helps integrate children with disabilities with their peers – and his work with UNICEF. Hi Clay!

You have recently mentioned that you may be going on a UNICEF trip this summer...can you talk anymore about that? Your trips to Banda Aceh, Uganda, Afghanistan, and Mexico brought so much awareness about the plights of others around the world. I'm looking forward to your next trip!

Does traveling around all the time afford you much of a home life with friends and family?

Do you ever think about going back into teaching?

What do you see as more important for selling an album: radio play or television appearances, or is there something else in this new day and age?

High Clay, I was just wondering if TBAF will ever send out a monthly booklet(sorta like weekly reader to keep us up on how the camps are doing). I would love to see the children interacting with each other, see some of their crafts and stuff. Maybe one team could have their craft or special activity highlighted in this booklet each month. I am very interested in keeping up with the inclusion theme.
Do you get to go to any of the camps and participate with the kids. I hope so, I know how much you love and care about them. I hope you get to enjoy their joy at times.

Clay, you say that as a UNICEF Ambassador, your biggest focus is helping raise awareness of what's going on in the world. When you went to Uganda in 2005, you said "I'm thinking of composing a song about the plight of (Internally Displaced Persons) in northern Uganda. We should think of creative ways of sensitizing the international community about the crisis. It's unfortunate that such a tragic situation is not adequately publicized.

I don't have a question right now, but I do have a suggestion for the Gather people. If you want more Clay fans to become members of your Clay Nation group, you will remove the word "claymates" from its address. While many fans embrace the Claymate name, many of us LOATHE and DESPISE the name and all that is associated with it and would never join a group that uses the word. If you're happy to just have the crazy fans join the group, fine, but if you want others to join you need to change it.

Clay, how far ahead did the producers of Spamalot give you to learn your part? Did you get a score or a script before the 2 weeks rehearsal?

You were great in the show, I can't believe your run is almost over!

Hi Clay! Would you consider a movie role, let's say starring in a remake of "Harold and Maude?" I think you have such a gift for performance. Clay would you please ask an official if the meds sent to the UNICEF countries are safe and not expired? Also, the mosquito nets used by the kids for the prevention of malaria, is the insecticide truly safe for the kids? I admire you and know that you have a big heart or you wouldn't be doing this. My prayers are with you!
