Who needs of a shot of Spring?

These are nuthin' fancy mind you. Just some quick shots from my yard.

It sure is good to see the hyacinths blooming. And my one little Daffodil.

Jamie this is to brighten your dreary day. We'll have lilies before you know it.

If you get close I'll bet you can smell them.. so nice. contented grin

I love the shape of hyacinths Wendy and daffodils are just cheery. They bounce around bobbing their heads at you smiling all the while.

How Pretty, Wendy. It brings back memories of when I was a kid. We had a big teardrop shaped drive in front of the house and had a bed of these pink hyacinths about a foot thick encirling it and the walkway to the front of the house had them too. My dad liked tulips so he planted about a dozen in two spots and daffodils outlined those early tulips. I know there was more flowers there throughout the summer, but all I can remember of those was tiger lillies and roses I think. But the sweet fragrance of Pink Hyacinths take me back, every time.

I'm glad you enjoyed seeing them. I've got white, coral and red hyacinths too. The coral isn't blooming well and the red isn't there yet. The white ones grow like weeds. lol

I love the smell of them too Sia. My mom planted them for me when I was little. Good memories.

I love hiacynths and I don't have any. So I'll just gaze at yours a pretend I can smell them. Thanks for posting, Wendy. It's not a nice day here today, but should have a great weekend for getting outdoors.
