Standard or automatic?

I need to know...when it comes to driving do you prefer to drive a standard or automatic?  Which one do you actually drive?

I drive a standard. Living in the city I would prefer to drive an automatic. When I lived in the country, driving a standard was totally awesome. Not anymore....

In a small car with a 4 banger, standard is the way to go, especially if the car has AC.

6 or 8 cylinder, automatic is OK.

I drive a van with an automatic because we need a car the whole family will fit in.

I would prefer something smaller with a 5 speed.

Definitely a standard. And yes, I drive a standard now. I learned on Automatic, but was given a car that was standard and now I will never go back.

I drive both. I prefer the standard when I'm going to long drives. I take the automatic to drive kids around and do most of my errands.
